About The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Dr. Oetker within the Convenience sector. Your mission is simple:
grow distribution, visibility and sales across your territory by developing strong relationships with retailers and delivering outstanding in‑store execution.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, target-driven, and ready to make a measurable impact every day.
- What You'll Be Doing As a Field Sales Executive
- Performance & Sales
- Complete daily store visits in line with KPIs
- Achieve sales, distribution and incremental display targets
- Negotiate increased shelf space and secondary sitings
- Educate store staff and consumers on brand USPs
- Execution & Compliance
- Ensure all products have correct space and availability
- Place products in secondary/impulse locations to maximise visibility
- Data, Reporting & Insight
- Record all activity accurately through the data capture tool
- Take high‑quality photos with clear descriptions
- Share insights on competitor activity and retailer trends
- Report issues promptly via agreed channels
- Technical
- Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell upcoming promotions
- Understand retailer systems to gain stock orders and complete corrective actions
- Financial & Admin
- Complete monthly expenses
- Manage stock and materials
- Maintain journey plans and keep store records updated
- Attend monthly team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Full valid UK driving licence
- Ability to store stock/materials at home
Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience is desirable—but not essential.
