Location: Luton – Field Based
Salary: £28,796 per annum + 12% performance bonus, plus company van, fuel card and tech provided.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
- Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores.
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
- Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
