Project Manager – European Retail Program
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months with potential extension
We're scaling our European operations and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the rollout of a pan-European retail program for one of the world's largest tech brands. This is not a support role. You will own your workstream end-to-end from setup and stakeholder alignment to execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple markets. If you thrive on accountability, tight timelines, and cross-functional coordination, this is for you.
Responsibilities- Full project lifecycle management for retail program initiatives across Europe
- Stakeholder coordination across markets, internal teams, and client contacts
- KPI tracking, progress reporting, and proactive risk management
- Timeline ownership with clear deliverables
- Acting as the single point of accountability between agency and key stakeholders
- Proven project management experience – led projects independently, not just supported them
- Track record of owning outcomes: deadlines met, stakeholders managed, results delivered
- Hands-on experience in consumer electronics – knowledge of retail landscape, product cycles, and pace
- Fluent in English (essential)
- One additional European language preferred
- Confident working with cross-functional and international teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency and/or brand environment
- Experience with retail advocacy, field marketing, or training programs
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- A 12-month contract with an international agency group – with potential to extend
