Field Sales Representative (Red Bull Grocery) – Epsom
Location: Epsom (Territory: Burgh Heath, Epsom, Chessington, Ewell, Surbiton, Tolworth, Leatherhead and New Maldon)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,092.48 per annum + 15% performance bonus, plus company vehicle, fuel card and tech provided.
Acosta Europe is looking for a field sales representative to promote Red Bull in the local grocery sector. The role involves owning a territory, building relationships with key in‑store decision makers, driving sales, and managing promotional execution.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
- Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores.
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
- Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
- Compete to be the best and be rewarded accordingly.
Qualifications
- A natural influencer with commercial instincts.
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
- Confident in communicating with all levels of retail staff.
- Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not essential.
