The Mission of a Field Sales Representative
You’ll take ownership of your territory and drive sales like it’s your own business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations
- Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit
- Report activity accurately and feed back market insight

Qualifications and Attributes
- A natural influencer with commercial instincts
- Target‑driven, competitive, and resilient
