Role Overview
Field Sales Representative known internally as a Striker, responsible for driving sales and building relationships on the front line. Represent Red Bull across the region in the grocery sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
- Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores.
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
- Report activity accurately and provide market insight.
- Compete to be the best and be rewarded for performance.

Qualifications and Attributes
- A natural influencer with commercial instincts.
- Target‑driven, competitive, and resilient.
- Confident communicating with all levels – from store staff to managers.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Tech‑savvy and proficient in reporting activity.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not a must.
