We're looking for a customer-focused, style-savvy Personal Shopper to deliver an exceptional, tailored shopping experience for Heathrow passengers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury, international retail environment, supporting VIP clients and travellers while driving sales across some of the world's most recognised brands. You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Heathrow Retail, bringing products, promotions, and collections to life while creating memorable experiences for customers on the move.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver a personalised shopping experience tailored to each client
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Engage passengers within the terminal to promote the Personal Shopper service
- Manage pre-booked appointments and VIP shopping experiences
- Provide styling, product and brand advice across luxury and retail categories
Client Development & New Business
- Build and maintain a strong client book, including frequent flyers
- Develop relationships with VIP suites and key stakeholders
- Actively promote the service to increase awareness and usage
- Represent Heathrow at events and activations
Performance & Administration
- Monitor and report on daily sales performance and KPIs
- Complete shift reports and sales tracking accurately
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Compliance & Standards
- Adhere to all airport security and airside regulations
- Maintain high standards in appearance, professionalism, and GDPR compliance
