Regional Sales Manager - (Red Bull Grocery) - Central England

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience), 20% Discretionary Bonus, plus company car & fuel card.

Client: Red Bull – Grocery

Location: Central England (Territory covering Uxbridge, Didcot, Northampton, Warwick, Solihull, Reading, Whitney, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Slough)

Role: Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of 10 Strikers, shaping and executing the in‑store sales strategy across the territory.

This leadership role drives performance through coaching, development and strategy execution, overseeing a team that delivers Red Bull's category sales plans, builds retailer relationships and consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team of 10 to deliver regional sales KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding execution of Red Bull's grocery plans through your team.
  • Conduct field visits, performance appraisals and development days.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at Red Bull and Acosta to align on strategy and execution.
  • Analyse KPIs and field data to optimise regional performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit and retain high‑performing Strikers, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
  • Implement regional operational plans that support sales growth and team development.
  • Control regional budgets, costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute insight and feedback to drive innovation and new business opportunities.
  • Be willing to travel extensively across your region.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales management, leading and guiding a team to exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility across the organisation and within our client base.
  • Confident in coaching, performance management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to analyse and adapt sales plans.
  • Organised, IT proficient (Power Point, Excel, Word).

Full UK driving licence.
