We’re recruiting Field Sales Executives to represent Heineken, one of the world’s most iconic brands, across grocery and convenience stores. No two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field, building relationships, learning how retail works, and making a real impact in store.
Responsibilities
- Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers in your territory
- Build positive relationships with store managers and teams
- Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns
- Ensure products are available, visible and merchandised correctly
- Learn how to spot sales opportunities and improve in‑store performance
- Represent Acosta & Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A natural influencer with commercial instincts
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient
- Confident talking to anyone — from store staff to manager
- Organised, self‑motivated and happy working independently
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity
- Full UK manual driving licence
- FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus — not a must. We care most about attitude, hunger and drive.
