Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with key in-store decision makers
  • Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
  • Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations
  • Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores
  • Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit
  • Report activity accurately and feed back market insight
  • Compete to be the best and be rewarded for performance
  • Be a natural influencer with commercial instincts
  • Target-driven, competitive and resilient
  • Confident talking to anyone from store staff to managers
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable reporting activity
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, but not essential

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Technically proficient with ability to report and analyse activity
