Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in-store decision makers
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
- Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations
- Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit
- Report activity accurately and feed back market insight
- Compete to be the best and be rewarded for performance
- Be a natural influencer with commercial instincts
- Target-driven, competitive and resilient
- Confident talking to anyone from store staff to managers
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable reporting activity
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Technically proficient with ability to report and analyse activity
