What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead & Inspire: Coach, develop, and motivate high‑performing teams. Foster a dynamic culture through development plans, impactful training, and engaging meetings. Recruit and onboard top field talent.
  • Drive Strategy & Performance: Define KPIs and deliver against agreed budgets. Analyse store and activity performance, creating data‑led strategies to drive results. Build and execute activity plans that elevate performance across regions.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Work closely with senior stakeholders, spending regular time on‑site with the client. Facilitate business reviews, development meetings, and strategic discussions. Identify opportunities for growth, cross‑sell solutions, and build sustainable partnerships.
  • Deliver Insight & Reporting: Provide accurate, timely, and compelling reporting against KPIs. Collaborate with Insight teams to extract meaningful analytics and performance opportunities. Produce case studies that highlight wins and showcase best practice.
  • Manage Budgets & Financials: Build, track, and reconcile budgets with precision. Own invoicing, forecasting, purchase orders, and financial compliance. Ensure transparency and accountability through structured reconciliation processes.
