Role

As a Regional Field Sales Manager for Red Bull, you will lead a high‑performing team of Field Sales Professionals, shape and execute in‑store sales strategy within the Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) channel, and drive growth across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver regional sales KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding execution of Red Bull LSR plans.
  • Conduct field visits, performance appraisals, and development days.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at Red Bull LSR and Acosta to align on strategy and execution.
  • Analyse KPIs and field data to optimise regional performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recruit and retain high‑performing Sales professionals, ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
  • Implement regional operational plans that support sales growth and team development.
  • Control regional budgets, costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute insight and feedback to drive innovation and new business opportunities.
  • Travel extensively across the region.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or field sales management, leading a team to exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility across the organisation and within the client base.
  • Confidence in coaching, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to analyse and adapt sales plans.
  • Organised, IT proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
