The Mission of a Field Sales Representative

  • Take ownership of your territory and drive sales as if it were your own business.
  • Focus on winning prime space, maximizing visibility, driving volume, executing flawlessly, and beating targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with key in‐store decision makers.
  • Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
  • Execute high‐impact merchandising and brand activations.
  • Use data and insight to prioritize high‐value stores.
  • Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximize every visit.
  • Report activity accurately and feed market insight.
  • Compete to be the best and be rewarded when you succeed.

Qualifications

  • A natural influencer with commercial instincts.
  • Target‐driven, competitive and resilient.
  • Confident talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
  • Organized, self‐motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech‐savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
  • Full UK Manual driving licence.
  • Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus – not a must.
