Seasonal Retail Field Sales Executive – Nestle Grocery

Acosta Group is seeking a seasonal retail field sales executive to represent Nestlé in the UK during the festive season.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Location: Nationwide, UK
  • Start Date: 25 September 2024
  • Duration: 22 December 2024
  • Hours: 7.5 hours per day (07:00–19:00)
  • Salary: £26,000 + bonus scheme

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key retail decision makers (department and store managers).
  • Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure Nestlé\’s promotional activity is implemented and that products are on display in the correct location with good availability.
  • Act as the face of the brand, carrying out retail store visits within a defined territory, driving brand sales and increasing turnover and market share.
  • Gain additional display spaces, maintain and enhance them throughout the season.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment.
  • Passion for the brands we market and drive to succeed.
  • Full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory.
  • Excellent relationship building, product knowledge, commercial awareness, influencing skills and negotiation.
