Overview

Regional Sales Manager – Red Bull Grocery role at Acosta Group representing Red Bull to drive brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and set direction on key strategic priorities for the forthcoming period.
• Provide field insight for future opportunities or challenges with the line manager to drive continuous improvements.
• Utilize appropriate capability to ensure delivery of KPIs/ROI and build a talent pipeline for the future.
• Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.
• Motivate the team to maximise potential for themselves and Red Bull.
• Regularly analyse team performance in conjunction with data insights and produce weekly and monthly reports as agreed with the line manager.
• Monitor the Striker budget to ensure it is not exceeded.
• Collaborate with the team to identify what the organisation is looking for and align activities accordingly.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with a focus on delivering world-class customer service for long-term mutual success.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to win.
• Previous management experience within sales, FMCG or retail environments preferred; applications from motivated individuals with experience in other sectors will be considered.
• Full manual driving licence and ability to travel nationally; some overnight stays may be required.
