Field Sales Representative (Red Bull Impulse)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time. Salary: £28,796 per annum plus 12% performance bonus, plus company vehicle, fuel card and technology provided.
Acosta Europe works with the iconic brand Red Bull Impulse.
This role is not a desk job – you will be on the front line building relationships, driving availability, and influencing decisions in stores.
- Mission & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
- Drive sales, winning prime space, maximising visibility and volume.
- Influence range, availability, and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
- Use data and insights to prioritise high‑value stores and spot gaps.
- Report activities accurately and feed back market insights.
- Compete to be the best and receive rewards for performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Natural influencer with commercial instincts.
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
- Confident communicating with all levels – from store staff to managers.
- Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus but not required; attitude, hunger and drive are essential.
