Field Sales Executive – Acosta Europe (Heineken). Location: Leeds and surrounding areas. Salary: £26,000 + 10% performance bonus. Contract: Permanent & full-time. Company vehicle, fuel card, and technology provided.

Responsibilities

  • Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers in your territory.
  • Build positive relationships with store managers and teams.
  • Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns.
  • Ensure products are available, visible and merchandised correctly.
  • Spot sales opportunities and improve in-store performance.
  • Represent Acosta and Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Naturally influential with commercial instincts.
  • Target-driven, competitive and resilient.
  • Confident in talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
  • Organised, self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
  • Full UK manual driving licence.
  • FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not required.
