Take ownership of your territory and drive sales as if it were your own business. Focus on winning prime space, maximizing visibility, driving volume, executing flawlessly, and beating targets.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
- Use data and insight to prioritize high‑value stores.
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximize every visit.
- Report activity accurately and feed market insight.
- Compete to be the best and be rewarded when you succeed.
Qualifications
- A natural influencer with commercial instincts.
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
- Confident talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
- Organized, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
- Full UK Manual driving licence.
