Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by owning your territory as if it were your own business—winning prime space and maximizing visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
  • Influence range, availability and promotional execution—including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
  • Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
  • Use data and insight to prioritize high‑value stores.
  • Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximize every visit.
  • Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
  • Compete to be the best and be rewarded for achieving targets.

Qualifications

  • Commercial instincts and natural influencer.
  • Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
  • Confident speaking with anyone—from store staff to managers.
  • Organised, self‑motivated and happy working independently.

  • Full UK manual driving licence.
