Key Responsibilities
- Own your territory and drive sales as if it were your own business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
- Influence product range, availability and promotional execution, winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations across all stores.
- Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores and identify gaps.
- Spot problems, fix issues and optimise every visit to maximise volume.
- Report activity accurately and provide market insight back to management.
- Collaborate with teams across the Impulse group to ensure consistent brand experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, FMCG or field sales is a plus but not required.
- Full UK Manual driving licence.
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills – can talk confidently to staff, managers, and senior decision‑makers.
- Organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Tech‑savvy – comfortable reporting activity and using digital tools.
