Field Sales Representative (Red Bull Grocery) – Bridgwater, Permanent Full Time
Salary: £27,980.98 per annum + 15% performance bonus. Company vehicle, fuel card, and tech provided.
Role Summary
As a Field Sales Representative (Striker) in Acosta Europe's Impulse team, you will own your territory and drive sales by building relationships, driving availability, and influencing decisions in stores.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in-store decision makers.
- Influence range, availability, and promotional execution including securing secondary displays and extra shelf space.
- Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
- Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
- Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.
- Compete to be the best and be rewarded when you are.
Qualifications
- Natural influencer with commercial instincts.
- Target-driven, competitive, and resilient.
