Role Overview
The Field Sales Representative works on the front line, building relationships, driving availability, and influencing buying decisions in stores for Red Bull. Your mission is to own the territory, maximise visibility, drive volume and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with key in‑store decision makers
- Influence range, availability and promotional execution including secondary displays and shelf space
- Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations
- Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores
- Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit
- Report activity accurately and feed back market insight
- Compete to be the best and receive rewards for success
Qualifications
- A natural influencer with commercial instincts
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient
- Confident in communicating with anyone from store staff to manager
- Organised, self‑motivated and capable of working independently
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus but not required; we focus on attitude, hunger and drive
