Turn Client Needs into Measurable Business Value

At Acosta Europe, we partner with some of the world's most iconic brands to drive growth through insight, innovation, and execution excellence. We are now looking for a commercially minded, client-focused professional to join our Red Bull team as a Client Innovation & Value Realisation Lead reporting directly to Elaine Campbell our Red Bull Unit Director. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Commercial, Operations, Technology, Data, and Insight, helping shape how ideas become practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable results.

The Client Innovation & Value Realisation Lead is an embedded, client-facing role responsible for ensuring Red Bull's evolving priorities and frontline operational realities are translated into clear, prioritised, and measurable improvement opportunities.

The Role

  • You will act as the critical link between Red Bull stakeholders, field teams, and Acosta Europe's Commercial, Operations, Technology, Data, and Insight functions.
  • This is not a technical delivery, product ownership, or account management role.
  • Instead, you will be the commercial and operational translator who ensures:
    • The right problems are clearly understood.
    • The highest-value opportunities are prioritised.
    • New capabilities are adopted successfully.
    • Benefits and ROI are measured and evidenced.
    • Solutions remain scalable across Acosta Europe's wider business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As the Client Innovation & Value Realisation Lead, you'll work closely with stakeholders across Red Bull and Acosta Europe to identify opportunities that enhance performance, efficiency and the overall field experience.
  • Building strong relationships across the business, you'll take time to understand commercial priorities, operational challenges and emerging opportunities, spending time with field teams to gain first-hand insight into how processes and systems work in practice.
  • Using feedback, process mapping, prototypes and other discovery techniques, you'll translate business needs into clearly defined problems and measurable outcomes.
  • A key part of the role will be creating and managing a prioritised pipeline of innovation and improvement initiatives.
  • You'll use data, insight and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities that deliver the greatest value, considering factors such as business impact, scalability, adoption potential and return on investment.
  • Working alongside Technology, Product, Data and Insight teams, you'll help shape solutions from initial concept through to delivery, championing a test-and-learn approach through pilots and proof-of-concept activity while ensuring all initiatives support long-term capability development.
  • You'll act as a central point of connection between Commercial, Operations, Technology, Insight and Data teams, bringing stakeholders together around shared objectives and business outcomes.
  • You will facilitate collaboration, challenge ambiguity, create clarity around requirements and priorities, and help teams navigate competing demands while maintaining focus on delivering measurable value to the business and our clients.
  • The role also plays a critical part in driving adoption and ensuring improvements deliver meaningful results.
  • You'll identify potential risks to implementation, support training, communication and change management activity, and monitor the success of new initiatives against agreed objectives.
  • Using evidence and performance data, you'll evaluate outcomes and make informed recommendations on whether initiatives should be scaled, refined or discontinued.
  • In addition, you'll support client governance and senior stakeholder engagement by providing clear, executive-level updates and recommendations.
  • You'll facilitate innovation workshops, roadmap discussions and strategic planning sessions, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of key priorities, risks, decisions and realised benefits.
  • Through robust reporting and measurable outcomes, you'll demonstrate the impact of innovation and continuous improvement activity across the business.

You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:

  • A strong pipeline of prioritised opportunities
  • Clear problem statements and measurable outcomes
  • High adoption rates for new capabilities and processes
  • Improved operational efficiency and execution quality.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and confidence
  • Reduced ambiguity between client needs and delivery teams
  • Measurable commercial and operational value delivered.
  • Reusable solutions that benefit the wider organisation

We are looking for a commercial problem-solver who can bring people together and create momentum. We're looking for a confident and commercially minded professional who thrives on building strong relationships and influencing positive change. You will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business challenges into clear priorities, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Strong commercial awareness, sound business judgement and a customer-focused approach will be essential in helping identify opportunities that deliver real value for both Red Bull and Acosta Europe. You’ll have experience working across multiple functions and teams, bringing people together around shared goals and successfully managing competing priorities. The ability to analyse data, customer feedback and business insights to support decision-making is critical, alongside a proactive mindset for driving change and embedding new ways of working.

Experience within FMCG, retail execution or field sales environments would be highly advantageous, as would the ability to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in without direct authority. Candidates with experience supporting organisational transformation, business change or continuous improvement programmes will be particularly well suited to this role.

You may have previously worked in client relationship management, operational improvement, business transformation, or innovation-focused roles where identifying opportunities and delivering measurable outcomes formed a key part of your responsibilities. Experience facilitating workshops, conducting process mapping exercises and gathering business requirements would be beneficial, as would exposure to test-and-learn methodologies, pilot programmes or proof-of-concept initiatives. A background in FMCG, retail, field sales or customer operations environments is highly desirable, particularly where technology, data and insight-led transformation projects have been used to drive performance improvements and enhance business capability.
