This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks several steps ahead, and is energised by delivering results through influence, collaboration, and exceptional operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines.
  • Lead transformation and cross‑functional projects that elevate performance and client value.
  • Executive Support & Governance
    • Shape leadership agendas, prepare briefings, and manage follow‑up on actions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President.
    • Strengthen alignment with Acosta US, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Global Leadership Team (GLT).
  • Client & Business Performance
    • Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and client health metrics.
    • Identify insights, risks, and opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
    • Support the optimisation of client relationship management processes.
  • Communication, Engagement & Change Management
    • Drive internal communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational updates.
    • Champion change initiatives and lead impact assessments and readiness planning.
    • Foster collaboration and alignment across the leadership team and wider business.
    • Enhance Acosta Europe's external profile through professional, digital‑first communication.
  • Project Delivery & Cross‑Functional Coordination
    • Lead key programmes from concept through execution.
    • Align cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
    • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.
