Join Acosta Europe as a Commercial Finance Manager! Acosta Europe is part of one of the world's largest sales and marketing agencies, and we are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager (Europe) to join our UK head office team in a dynamic, high-impact role.

Location: Stoke. This role involves regular travel to our Woking office.

Salary: Competitive.

Reports to: Head of Commercial Finance (Europe).

About the Role

We need a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this pivotal role, you will provide financial planning, strategic analysis, and commercial guidance to senior leadership, driving business performance and influencing key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy & Analysis: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, delivering insights to improve performance.
  • Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance to senior stakeholders and support pricing strategies, customer profitability, and margin optimisation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships across internal teams, external partners, and our US Head Office.
  • Compliance & Risk: Support audits, ESG reporting, tax planning, and cash flow management.
  • Systems & Process Innovation: Optimise financial reporting using Nectari (Power BI equivalent) and automate reporting to meet US deadlines.
  • Leadership & Growth: Mentor junior team members, lead cross-functional projects, and champion continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX, PIVOT TABLES, MACROS).
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business impact.
  • Experience working with US-based parent companies and international finance teams.
  • Track record of system implementations & process improvements.

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with ESG reporting & sustainability metrics.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI equivalents).
  • Exposure to SAGE Intacct, Nectari, Business Central, Nav or similar ERP systems.
