About The Role
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of FMCG? We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Nestlé Grocery team. In this role, you'll take ownership of a defined territory, ensuring Nestlé products are visible, available, and performing at their best in major retailers. Your day will be varied. You'll visit stores, build strong relationships with store teams, and look for opportunities to increase sales. You'll use data and insights to make informed decisions and deliver outstanding in-store execution.
Responsibilities
- Keep Nestlé products visible, available, and performing well in major retailers.
- Visit stores, build relationships with store teams, and seek opportunities to increase sales.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and deliver in-store execution excellence.
- Ensure promotions are executed accurately and compliance is maintained.
- Capture and report store activity using 360.
- Share feedback on competitor activity and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
Do You Have
- GCSE-level education in English and Maths
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office and reporting tools like 360
