What You\’ll Do

Take ownership of a defined territory, ensuring Nestlé products are visible, available, and performing at their best in major retailers.

Visit stores, build strong relationships with store teams, and look for opportunities to increase sales.

Use data and insights to make informed decisions and deliver outstanding in-store execution.

Ensure promotions are executed accurately and compliance is maintained.

Capture and report store activity using 360.

Share feedback on competitor activity and market trends.

What We\’re Looking For

GCSE-level education in English and Maths.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Experience using Microsoft Office and reporting tools like 360.

If you can answer \”yes\” to most of these, you could be a great fit.

Desirable Experience

A degree in a relevant discipline.

Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales.
