The Acosta Dance Foundation is seeking a Marketing Lead to help support the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust marketing portfolio. You will support our Managing Director and ensure the delivery of transformative customer experiences while driving growth in support and income through mass new customer acquisition and retention, including new funders and supporters.

Working with colleagues across the Foundation, your role will be responsible for delivering and implementing communications and engagement plans to promote our work and events, increasing engagement and participation and enhancing the Foundation's reputation within the UK and beyond.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate with various audiences across various platforms, develop relationships and raise awareness of the charity's new planned development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to develop their career and gain more experience across all aspects of communication & marketing.

This is a fascinating time for the Foundation as we embed our new vision and shape our ambitions for the coming years. You will sit at the heart of the Foundation and Acosta Dance Centre's marketing and digital activities.

The candidate will work closely with the Foundation and Acosta Dance Centre's Managing Director to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that shapes the Foundation's next strategic steps. Marketing will be an essential and valued element of the Foundation's income.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading the communication and engagement elements of a charity and providing bespoke services to help increase the charity's revenue.
