The Acosta Dance Foundation is seeking a Marketing Lead to help support the development, implementation and maintenance of a robust marketing portfolio. You will support our Managing Director and ensure the delivery of transformative customer experiences while driving growth in support and income through mass new customer acquisition and retention, including new funders and supporters.

Working with colleagues across the Foundation, your role will be responsible for delivering and implementing communications and engagement plans to promote our work and events, increasing engagement and participation and enhancing the Foundation's reputation within the UK and beyond. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with various audiences across various platforms, develop relationships and raise awareness of the charity's new planned development.

Marketing will be an essential and valued element of the Foundation's income. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading the communication and engagement elements of a charity and providing bespoke services to help increase the charity's revenue.
