Acorns Children’s Hospice is seeking a Deputy Superstore Manager to lead a network of charity shops in the West Midlands area. You will shape the shop floor experience, oversee stock quality, pricing and merchandising, and supervise volunteers to drive sales.
The role requires retail experience, leadership skills, and willingness to travel between shops to cover the area. You will work 37.5 hours per week with a focus on meeting targets and customer service excellence.
