Acorns is seeking a Deputy Community Shop Manager to support the Tamworth Shop Manager. You will lead volunteers, drive stock quality, pricing decisions and merchandising to create an engaging shop floor that stands out in the community.

You will work 15 hours per week, including some weekends, covering shops in the area and helping to hit sales targets while supporting fundraising activities and customer service excellence.
