Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons, supporting small groups and individual students across a range of subjects within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Prepare teaching materials, take registers and write reports
- Help students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn
- Manage behaviour, mark work and talk to parents and carers about their children’s progress
- A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
- At least two years’ experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision
- QTS/QTLS is a requirement
- NEST enhanced pension scheme
