Acorns Children's Hospice in Birmingham is seeking a Deputy Community Superstore Manager to support the Erdington Manager and lead volunteers towards targets and high standards. This part-time role covers 15 hours per week and is based at Erdington Superstore (B23 6SA).
You will help shape a standout shop floor experience, make pricing and merchandising decisions, and drive sales while supporting a team of volunteers and working to Gift Aid revenue targets.
