Acorns Children's Hospice is seeking an Assistant Superstore Manager to lead a team of volunteers and Deputy Managers in Chelmsley Wood Superstore, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role is 37.5 hours per week with some weekend work and based at B37 5TP.
You will support the General Manager in achieving targets, oversee stock, merchandising and gift aid sign-ups, and lead a diverse team to provide outstanding service in a charity retail environment.
