About the Role

Schedulers are the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll ensure our technicians are in the right place at the right time, delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Location: Slough

Salary: up to £29,500

Hours: 37.5 per week (Shift patterns: 7:00am–3:30pm & 9:00am–5:30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for planning and completion of scheduled tasks and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate resource planning and ensure engineers’ schedules are optimized for productivity.
  • Coordinate reactive and planned works, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Liaise with technicians and clients to resolve scheduling queries promptly.
  • Organize holiday and sickness cover, call-out rotas, and overtime.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory timescales.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in scheduling within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with scheduling systems (Concept Evolution advantageous).
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
