We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a highly skilled AC/HVAC professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting engineers, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
As the technical lead for air conditioning systems, you will provide expert guidance on complex faults, support operational teams, and help drive technical excellence across a varied commercial portfolio.
Location: Slough and South East England (with regular travel to client sites)
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: 41.25 hours a week

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance for complex air conditioning faults and system issues.
- Carry out maintenance, servicing, repairs, and fault diagnosis across a range of AC equipment.
- Support engineers on‑site, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with F‑Gas regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with technical surveys, remedial proposals, and system improvement recommendations.
- Mentor and develop engineers through coaching and sharing best practice.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, customer service, and technical compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior Air Conditioning or HVAC Engineer.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic capabilities.
- Excellent technical knowledge across a range of AC systems.
- F‑Gas Category 1 Certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to influence and support engineers across multiple sites.
- Experience supporting quotations, surveys, and remedial projects.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and digital reporting tools.
- Experience within commercial environments.
- IOSH Working Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Additional manufacturer training and certifications.
