We are recruiting a Building Services Fabric Technician to support the day‑to‑day maintenance and presentation of Bicester Village. This is a hands‑on role, working as part of the Technical Services team to deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive fabric repairs across a high‑profile retail destination. You will work closely with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring the Village is safe, well‑maintained and presented to an exceptional standard for customers, brands and stakeholders.
Salary: up to £35000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout
Hours: 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the estate
- Internal and external painting works as required
- General building works including carpentry, minor plumbing, paving and repairs
- Support promotional installations and general property maintenance activities
- Ensure all works comply with Health and Safety regulations
