We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer to join our team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across client sites in Hampshire and the surrounding counties.

Salary & Hours

Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on experience, plus overtime and call-out payments.
Hours: 41.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a reliable and professional Building Services Engineer who takes pride in planned maintenance work and understands the importance of consistency, presentation, and client engagement. The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Proven experience working as a Building Services or Maintenance Engineer
  • A solid understanding of mechanical building services, including HVAC systems, heating, ventilation, and associated plant
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and plan workloads efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach
  • A good understanding of health and safety and site compliance
  • Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)
  • A full UK driving licence
