We are currently seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our busy team in Thurrock. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced parts professionals looking to develop their career within a reputable business that values their expertise and commitment.
Work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings included in salary. Stable working hours from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break each day, alternate Saturday mornings 8am - 12pm.
Duties
- Assisting customers at the back counter with both commercial and car parts inquiries
- Managing parts stock and order processing efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to both trade and retail customers
- Maintaining accurate records of parts and sales
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a commercial or automotive parts environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
