To lead and develop Acorn Training’s brand, engagement and communications activity across the organisational Group, supporting learner and employer engagement, organisational growth and stakeholder visibility. The role will oversee the development of impactful campaigns, digital presence and communications activity that strengthens how Acorn Training and the Group presents itself internally and externally across all areas of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, developing and implementing Acorn Training’s/Group brand and engagement strategy across all business departments.
- Leading the development of campaigns that support learner recruitment, employer engagement and organisational growth.
- Developing and maintaining Acorn Training’s/Group brand identity, tone and external profile across all communication channels.
- Designing and writing content for both external and internal communications including newsletters, brochures, social media, press releases, website pages, award submissions, presentations, case studies and promotional materials.
- Overseeing and managing Acorn Training’s/Group digital presence including website content, social media channels and engagement activity.
- Creating engaging and innovative content that reflects organisational values, learner success and business impact.
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring social media and engagement campaigns including reporting on performance and reach.
- Supporting the promotion of new contracts, curriculum offers, projects and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and relationship building through effective communication and campaign activity.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams, business development and senior leadership to support organisational objectives.
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
- Supporting bid and tender activity through marketing, branding and communication content where required.
- Organising and supporting events, promotional activity and engagement initiatives across the business.
- Managing external suppliers, agencies or freelance support where appropriate.
- Supporting internal communications and organisational messaging across the business.
