As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You\’ll represent a trusted fintech brand known for innovation and excellence in customer experience. Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Proven skills in Customer Service , Customer Support , and ensuring Customer Satisfaction . Familiarity with CRM software (preferred). Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the financial sector (an advantage). Successfully complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
