We are looking for an engaging Technical Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring delegates have the knowledge and confidence to install, service and support our stairlift products. You will play a key role in developing training programmes, improving course content and supporting the rollout of new products and innovations across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing global organisation. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on all products and training materials, ensuring you are fully equipped to deliver training to the highest standard. There will also be opportunities to travel, including supporting training delivery at our new European training facility in Lyon.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver technical training on stairlift products to internal employees and external delegates, both on-site and virtually
- Ensure delegates gain a clear understanding of product installation, servicing and technical features
- Complete training reports and delegate assessments following each session
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and schedules
- Support the development, review and continuous improvement of training courses and materials
- Work closely with other departments to identify training needs and provide technical support
- Assist with the introduction and training of new product designs
- Travel internationally when required to support training across other business locations
- Support Quality Control by assisting with technical reports when requested
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a technical, mechanical or training environment
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to a range of audiences
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Confident using computers and digital training tools
- Additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential
- A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
