We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Cambridge area. MUST BE BASED IN THE CB POSTCODE AREA.

Comprehensive induction and training.

Investors in People accredited employer.

Healthcare and pension schemes.

Company events.

Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.

Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field.

Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.

Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.

Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner.

To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
  • Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels.
