Working Hours: 40 hours per week, shift rota – 7:00am – 3:30pm & 1:30pm – 10:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production process.
  • Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers, assess performance and identify training needs.
  • Manage staff and absences accordingly.
  • Report weekly and daily production reports within area.
  • Attend production/communication meetings and any other meetings required.
