Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production process.
- Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers, assess performance and identify training needs.
- Manage staff and absences accordingly.
- Report weekly and daily production reports within area.
- Attend production/communication meetings and any other meetings required.

- Stock take experience (advantageous).
