We are seeking a reliable Returns Operative to become part of our team at our factory located in Shipley, West Yorkshire. You will ensure all stock returns are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Working Hours: 40 Hours shift rota - 7:00am - 3:30pm & 1:30pm - 10:00pm.
Hourly Rate: £13.35.

Key Responsibilities:
- Check stock return statuses on the system to ensure correct stock has been assigned.
- Make outbound phone calls to stock return system users to clarify missing or incorrect information.
- Investigate stock return discrepancies on customer accounts.
- Correct incorrect returns on the system to ensure system accuracy.
- Process the stock returns accordingly (physically and systematically).
- Chase outstanding returns with relevant departments.
- Communicate feedback to managers.
- Assist with physically moving stock and arranging it in order for quick processing.
- Assist with stock takes for leavers and QC department.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Good communication
- Warehouse experience (advantageous)
- Stock take experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Able to work on own initiative
- Must be a team player
- Have experience of health and safety procedures
