We are seeking a reliable Returns Operative to become part of our team at our factory located in Shipley, West Yorkshire. You will ensure all stock returns are accurate and processed in a timely manner.

Working Hours: 40 Hours shift rota - 7:00am - 3:30pm & 1:30pm - 10:00pm.

Hourly Rate: £13.35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check stock return statuses on the system to ensure correct stock has been assigned.
  • Make outbound phone calls to stock return system users to clarify missing or incorrect information.
  • Investigate stock return discrepancies on customer accounts.
  • Correct incorrect returns on the system to ensure system accuracy.
  • Process the stock returns accordingly (physically and systematically).
  • Chase outstanding returns with relevant departments.
  • Communicate feedback to managers.
  • Assist with physically moving stock and arranging it in order for quick processing.
  • Assist with stock takes for leavers and QC department.
