We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Peterborough area. MUST BE BASED IN THE PE POSTCODE AREA.
Salary: £33,700 - £36,800 P/A (OTE £44,000 +)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends - Contractual).

Key duties/responsibilities:
- Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
- Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field.
- Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
- Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner.
- To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.

The successful candidate will have:
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
- Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels
- A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
