We are currently looking for Telesales Advisors (Appointment Makers) to join our growing UK Sales Department based at our headquarters in Steeton, West Yorkshire. The purpose of this role is to make qualified appointments for the sales surveyors.
Salary: £13.20 P/H (£43,000 OTE)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 3 late shift until 7pm (on rota)

Key Responsibilities:
- Find out as much information as possible about the potential customers’ needs and difficulties, which will enable us to help and advise them on our products in the best possible way.
- Create interest and sell the benefits of Acorn stairlifts to potential customers.
- Make qualified appointments for our surveyors to convert to deals.
- Build rapport with a friendly attitude towards potential customers so we can keep in contact and monitor their progress for future appointments.
- Enter customer information onto the systems accurately to ensure customer records are maintained and correct at all times.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous work in target driven environment
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Self-Motivation
- Computer literate
