Field Service Engineer

MUST BE BASED IN THE TS/DL POSTCODE AREA

Overview

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Teesside/Darlington areas.

Salary

£33,700 – £36,800 P/A (OTE £44,000 +)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends – Contractual).

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
• Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field.
• Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide high levels of customer service – ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
• Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner.
• To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.

Qualifications

• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels.
• A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate.
