The predicted salary is between 27100 - 30000 £ per year.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our expanding General Enquiries Team based at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 27.5 hours (across 5 days)

Salary: £13.00 P/H + (up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls regarding breakdowns & service issues in a courteous manner and offering a high level of Customer Service
  • Resolving minor technical problems over the phone, and if unable to resolve, liaise with the planning team via a ticket system
  • Ensuring all breakdown calls are attended to within a 24hr period
  • Dealing with minor complaints and being aware when complaints need to be escalated to a supervisor

Skills and Experience:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills
  • Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
  • Must be able to display the Acorn Values
